One of my biggest regrets during my weight loss journey was that I didn't keep a blog of my successes and set backs.I don't think I had enough space in my life at that point to think put all of my thoughts into words. I have found other people's fitness and food blogs so helpful and encouraging I thought it was worth starting my own, if for not other purpose then to keep myself on track and have a record of what is working, and a reminder of what foods to never buy again, no matter how cheap they are!
